Caitlin: I am about to go to the *(name removed for privacy purposes) to see about getting me one of these jobs that people keep getting laid off from!
me: wait, is there like a job fair there? like, "hey we just laid off people, but here's the jobs that are now open for the taking!"
Caitlin: no- i am meeting with the hr director
me: i just picture a bunch of open cubicles and people racing to sit in them
