Where I come from, these are called whoopie pies, but The Cookie Sandwich Company is far too fancy for back-country jargon. At 30 bucks a dozen, these sweet treats are no farmer’s market deal, but with ingredients like all natural whipped peanut butter and milk chocolate morsel ganache, it’s like buying a Jaguar over a Datsun. Jaguars taste better.
