as i was eating breakfast (peanut butter with a fork because everything is packed for the move), i recalled one of my fondest daycare memories- making peanut butter balls. i think this was my first memorable encounter with the miracle condiment.
Ingredients: 1-2 cups peanut butter, powdered sugar, powdered milk (optional)
Directions:
1. Take about 1-2 cups of peanut butter and mix together with enough powdered sugar (several cups) to form a 1-inch dough-like ball. you can also add powdered milk (i’m not sure why or how much, so probably just stick to the powdered sugar).
2. Refrigerate
3. Devour.
*Note: steps two and three are interchangeable. (actually, i’ll skip step 2).
