Coming in at a disappointing number 100 on New York Magazine’s list of the 101 Best Sandwiches in New York is…Peanut Butter and Co.’s Elvis.
With sumptuous layering and complex flavor pairing—banana, honey, PB and bacon reside between toast slices—I find it preposterous that the King’s namesake dish could be beaten out by a pig’s ass on a bun! Humph.
